You have several resources at your disposal if you run into problems or questions while taking online courses at Landmark College.
-
Your Instructor — Your instructor is your primary resource for questions about the content of your course including assignments, due dates, readings, and other course materials. The best way to contact your instructor is through the Canvas “Inbox” feature (Canvas’ built-in email system).
- Canvas Tutorials — We’ve prepared several tutorial videos to guide you in working with the Canvas Learning Management System on which Landmark College's courses are hosted. These videos can be found here.
- Landmark IT Support — The Landmark College Tech Support Help Desk has staff to assist with any technology issues including trouble logging in, difficulties navigating courses, compatibility with client devices like computers, and assistive technology software. You can reach them by emailing [email protected]or by calling 802-387-6800 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm ET.
- Canvas Support — The Canvas Learning Management System on which Landmark College’s courses are hosted provides dedicated 24/7 technical support for issues related directly to the Canvas experience. While they do not have specific knowledge about your course materials or assignments, they can assist with any problems you may have logging into your course or navigating the various features of Canvas. They can be reached by phone or online chat at any time by clicking the Question Mark Help Icon at the lower left of any page within Canvas.
- Landmark College Library — The Landmark College library web page is a great resource for helping with academic research, including citation guides. They have also designed a Digital Resources for Online Students guide, which includes a set of resources specific to learning differences, including (but not limited to): ADHD, autism, and dyslexia.
